Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (45g)
  • 2/3 cup Milk of Choice (160ml)
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (60g)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (12g)
  • 1.5 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey (7.5ml)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (1.25ml)
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup Diced apples
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup Diced mango
  • 1 tbsp Shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1/2 Sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Grated carrots
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Poppyseeds
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup Chilled espresso
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tsp Dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a 16 oz mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. Whisk the dry ingredients together to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Add the milk, yogurt, sweetener (maple syrup or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is uniform and the oats are fully submerged.
  3. Fold in your chosen flavor variations (such as fruit, spices, or nut butters). Tighten the lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight (8 hours) for the best texture.
