Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (45g)
- 2/3 cup Milk of Choice (160ml)
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (60g)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (12g)
- 1.5 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey (7.5ml)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract (1.25ml)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Diced apples
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1/4 cup Diced mango
- 1 tbsp Shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1/2 Sliced banana
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp Grated carrots
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Poppyseeds
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin purée
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup Chilled espresso
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 tsp Dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. Whisk the dry ingredients together to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Add the milk, yogurt, sweetener (maple syrup or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is uniform and the oats are fully submerged.
- Fold in your chosen flavor variations (such as fruit, spices, or nut butters). Tighten the lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight (8 hours) for the best texture.
