Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets (approximately 400g / 14oz)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1g)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30ml)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (15ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more, to taste) (5ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar (2.5ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1g)
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until tender-crisp and lightly golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. While the cauliflower is air frying, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and garlic powder in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust sriracha to your preferred spice level.
  4. Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to the bowl with the Bang Bang sauce. Gently toss to coat all the florets evenly.
  5. Transfer the coated cauliflower bites to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately. These 15 Minute Air Fryer Cauliflower bites are ready!
