Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets (approximately 400g / 14oz)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1g)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (30ml)
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more, to taste) (5ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar (2.5ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1g)
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until tender-crisp and lightly golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While the cauliflower is air frying, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and garlic powder in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust sriracha to your preferred spice level.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to the bowl with the Bang Bang sauce. Gently toss to coat all the florets evenly.
- Transfer the coated cauliflower bites to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately. These 15 Minute Air Fryer Cauliflower bites are ready!
