Ingredients:
- 1 pound (454g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Remove the air fryer basket, and pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Sprinkle the butter pieces over the shrimp.
- Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
