- 1/2 cup (170g) Raw Honey
- 1/2 cup (90g) Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, fold the creamy peanut butter and honey together until a smooth, uniform syrup forms. Add the rolled oats and stir vigorously until a homogenous mass is formed with no dry oat flakes visible.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips after the oats are coated to ensure even distribution. If the dough feels too soft, let it rest in the bowl for 5 minutes to allow the oats to begin hydration.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough into rounded tablespoons. Roll them between your palms into smooth spheres and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
