Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla (10 inch, flour or high-fiber)
  • 4 slices deli turkey breast (approx. 2.5 oz)
  • 2 slices bacon (cooked crisp)
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing (full fat recommended)
  • 1 slice provolone or Swiss cheese (or 1/4 cup shredded)
  • 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 thin slices tomato (optional)
  • 1 tsp red onion (finely diced)

Instructions:

  1. Lay the large tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the 2 Tbsp of ranch dressing evenly across the surface of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border for folding.
  3. Place the slice of provolone or Swiss cheese directly on top of the ranch dressing. This acts as a moisture barrier.
  4. Stack the 4 slices of deli turkey breast on the cheese layer, followed by the 2 slices of crispy cooked bacon (crumbled or layered).
  5. Add the 2 thin slices of tomato and 1 tsp of finely diced red onion.
  6. Top the ingredients with the 1/2 cup of shredded romaine lettuce.
  7. To wrap, fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla first, then tightly roll the tortilla from the bottom edge upwards, ensuring all fillings are contained. Serve immediately.
