  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of each chicken breast.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) if your model requires it.
  5. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overcrowded. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken. It should reach 165°F (74°C). If not, continue cooking for a few more minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
