Instructions:
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) for best flavor.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
- Air fry for 12-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) on a meat thermometer.
