Instructions:

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) for best flavor.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Air fry for 12-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) on a meat thermometer.
