Ingredients:
- 2 (6-ounce/170g) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice (from half a lemon), minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.

- Garnish with fresh parsley or dill (optional) and a lemon wedge. Serve immediately.
