Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, shucked
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper
  • Optional toppings: butter, grated Parmesan cheese, chili powder, fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, cilantro)

Instructions:

  1. Gently pat the shucked corn cobs dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil (or melted butter), salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the corn cobs evenly with the seasoned oil/butter mixture. Ensure all sides are coated.
  4. Arrange the corn cobs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding. If necessary, cook in batches.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
  6. Carefully remove the corn from the air fryer using tongs. Add your favorite toppings while the corn is still hot.
