Ingredients:
- 4 ears of fresh corn, shucked
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper
- Optional toppings: butter, grated Parmesan cheese, chili powder, fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, cilantro)
Instructions:
- Gently pat the shucked corn cobs dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil (or melted butter), salt, and pepper.
- Brush the corn cobs evenly with the seasoned oil/butter mixture. Ensure all sides are coated.
- Arrange the corn cobs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding. If necessary, cook in batches.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
- Carefully remove the corn from the air fryer using tongs. Add your favorite toppings while the corn is still hot.
