Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) block of feta cheese, preferably in brine
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 g) dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) black pepper
- Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs (optional for garnish)
- Fresh bread or crackers (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain feta cheese if in brine; place in the center of the baking dish.
- Drizzle honey and olive oil over the feta. Sprinkle oregano and black pepper on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the feta is soft and golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with additional honey, and garnish with thyme or rosemary if desired. Serve warm with fresh bread or crackers.
