Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic cloves using a microplane or press until they form a smooth paste and finely chop the fresh parsley.
- Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl and add the garlic paste, chopped parsley, salt, and lemon juice.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold the ingredients together using a sweeping motion until the butter is a uniform pale green color.
- Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper, roll the butter into a cylinder (log shape) by twisting the paper, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
