Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Mince the garlic cloves using a microplane or press until they form a smooth paste and finely chop the fresh parsley.
  2. Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl and add the garlic paste, chopped parsley, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, fold the ingredients together using a sweeping motion until the butter is a uniform pale green color.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper, roll the butter into a cylinder (log shape) by twisting the paper, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
