Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 slices deli ham, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cover the meat mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a separate bowl, mix chopped ham, shredded Swiss cheese, and softened cream cheese until well combined.
- On a clean surface, shape the chilled meat mixture into a rectangular slab. Spread the ham and cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Roll the meatloaf tightly, starting from one edge, and place seam-side down in the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup and Dijon mustard, then spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
