Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500g) plain yogurt
  • 1 cup (240ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (50g) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup (240ml) cold water or sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and honey until smooth.
  2. Squeeze the oranges and lemons to extract the juice, using a strainer if desired to remove pulp.
  3. Gradually add the citrus juice to the yogurt mixture, whisking until well combined.
  4. Slowly incorporate cold water or sparkling water to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  6. Pour the drink into glasses, garnish with fresh mint if using, and enjoy!
