Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500g) plain yogurt
- 1 cup (240ml) fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (50g) honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup (240ml) cold water or sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and honey until smooth.
- Squeeze the oranges and lemons to extract the juice, using a strainer if desired to remove pulp.
- Gradually add the citrus juice to the yogurt mixture, whisking until well combined.
- Slowly incorporate cold water or sparkling water to reach your desired consistency.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
- Pour the drink into glasses, garnish with fresh mint if using, and enjoy!
