Ingredients:
- 2 fresh red chilies, finely chopped (approximately 30g)
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated (30g)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (15ml)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15ml)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (5ml) (optional)
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash the chilies and ginger thoroughly. Peel the ginger and grate it finely. Remove stems from chilies and chop finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chilies, grated ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey/agave syrup if using.
- Stir the mixture until well combined and the honey/agave syrup dissolves into the dressing.
- Taste the garnish and adjust the flavors according to your preference.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh cilantro leaves if desired. Serve immediately or store.
