Ingredients:

  • 32 oz 100% pure cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • 32 oz premium orange juice (no pulp)
  • 8 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 liters ginger ale (chilled)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (optional)
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries (frozen)
  • 2 large navel oranges (sliced into thin rounds)
  • 8 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

  1. Slice navel oranges into thin rounds. Ensure the cranberries are rock solid frozen.
  2. In a large punch bowl (minimum 2-gallon capacity), combine the unsweetened cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice until well combined. Add lime juice, if using, and stir.
  3. Refrigerate the juice concentrate for at least 4 hours to ensure the base is thoroughly chilled before adding carbonation.
  4. Just before serving, slowly pour the chilled ginger ale into the punch bowl. Stir gently with a long-handled spoon to maintain carbonation.
  5. Add the frozen cranberries and orange slices to the bowl to act as cooling agents. Top with fresh rosemary sprigs for aromatic garnish.
