Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250g) Creamy Peanut Butter (Natural or No-Stir)
- 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100g) Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 Large Egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, coconut sugar, and honey on medium-high speed. Continue for 2–3 minutes until the mixture looks pale and aerated. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet base. Mix on low speed until no streaks of flour remain.
