Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250g) Creamy Peanut Butter (Natural or No-Stir)
  • 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (100g) Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 cup (50g) Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Large Egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Fine Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, coconut sugar, and honey on medium-high speed. Continue for 2–3 minutes until the mixture looks pale and aerated. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
  2. Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet base. Mix on low speed until no streaks of flour remain.
