Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs / 680 g)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (14 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100 g)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over chicken.
  3. Let chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  8. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  9. Pour in heavy cream, whisking continuously until heated through.
  10. Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  11. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Slice the grilled chicken and arrange on serving plates.
  13. Drizzle creamy Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
  14. Garnish with chopped parsley.
