Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs / 680 g)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (14 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100 g)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over chicken.
- Let chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, whisking continuously until heated through.
- Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the grilled chicken and arrange on serving plates.
- Drizzle creamy Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
