Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats (90g)
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (360ml)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (60g) (optional)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 medium apple, diced (about 150g)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- A sprinkle of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- Additional apple slices for topping
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and Greek yogurt (if using).
- Fold in the diced apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using).
- Taste the mixture and sweeten with maple syrup or honey if desired.
- Divide the mixture into separate airtight containers or jars.
- Seal containers and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
- In the morning, stir well and top with nuts and additional apple slices.
