Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup pecan halves, toasted and chopped
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, goat cheese, and cheddar cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the cheese mixture. Beat until well combined.
- Transfer the cheese mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap. Gently form into a ball. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- While the cheese ball chills, toast the pecan halves in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Chop coarsely. Combine the chopped pecans and dried cranberries in a shallow dish.
- Unwrap the chilled cheese ball. Roll it in the pecan-cranberry mixture, pressing gently so the mixture adheres to the cheese.
- Place the Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball on a serving platter and serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
