Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup pecan halves, toasted and chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, goat cheese, and cheddar cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the cheese mixture. Beat until well combined.
  3. Transfer the cheese mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap. Gently form into a ball. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  4. While the cheese ball chills, toast the pecan halves in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Chop coarsely. Combine the chopped pecans and dried cranberries in a shallow dish.
  5. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball. Roll it in the pecan-cranberry mixture, pressing gently so the mixture adheres to the cheese.
  6. Place the Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball on a serving platter and serve with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
