- Yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
- Additional sweeteners (brown sugar, agave, or more honey)
Instructions:
- Measure out steel cut oats, water/milk, and salt.
- Add oats, water/milk, and salt to the pressure cooker.
- Secure the lid on the pressure cooker; set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for about 10-15 minutes.
- Open the lid; stir the oats to achieve a creamy texture. Adjust with extra water/milk if necessary.
