Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25g) black pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Trim the ends and remove any yellow or brown leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. If using, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to combine, then return to air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
