Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken legs (about 2 pounds / 900 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (4 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (4 g)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the seasonings thoroughly over the chicken legs until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place chicken legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Allow chicken legs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
