Ingredients:
- 4 chicken legs (about 2 pounds / 900 grams)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (4 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (4 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)
- ½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasonings thoroughly over the chicken legs until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Allow chicken legs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
