Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup cooked protein (chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, cooked protein, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and seasoning.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, spoon a portion of the filling onto the center, and fold the wrapper according to package instructions.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush or spray the assembled egg rolls with cooking spray or oil.
- Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
