Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz/170g each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  4. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of side dishes.
