Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin-on (170 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill) (5 g)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush or spoon the marinade generously over the salmon.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until golden and flaky.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over.
