Ingredients:
- 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin-on (170 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill) (5 g)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush or spoon the marinade generously over the salmon.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until golden and flaky.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over.
