Ingredients:

  • 2 fillets of salmon (around 6 ounces each, skin-on preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil on both sides and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon zest, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Drizzle lemon-dill butter over the salmon before serving.
