Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp (16-20 count), peeled and deveined (about 450g)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne if using.
- Place flour in a shallow dish. Beat the egg in a separate bowl. Mix panko, Parmesan, and herbs in another dish.
- Dredge each shrimp in flour, shake off excess. Dip in beaten egg fully. Coat evenly with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the coated shrimp with cooking spray. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.

- Serve immediately with dipping sauce or lemon slices.
