Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes (about 1.5 lbs / 680 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder (2 g)
- ½ teaspoon salt (2 g)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
Instructions:
- Scrub and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into wedges (about 1/2 inch thick).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add sweet potato wedges and toss until evenly coated.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat.
- Place the seasoned sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Cook until edges are crispy and sweet potatoes are tender, about 5-10 additional minutes. They should be golden brown and easily pierced with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
