Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs (900g) boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) paprika (smoked or sweet)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter (optional for gravy)
  • 2 tablespoons (15g) all-purpose flour (optional for gravy)
  • 1 cup (240ml) chicken or turkey broth (optional for gravy)

Instructions:

  1. Pat dry the turkey breast with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the turkey breast, ensuring complete coverage.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the turkey from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to retain juices.
  8. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour, then gradually add broth, cooking until thickened.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Slice the turkey breast against the grain and serve with optional gravy.
