- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon (5g) dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon (5g) paprika (smoked or sweet)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter (optional for gravy)
- 2 tablespoons (15g) all-purpose flour (optional for gravy)
- 1 cup (240ml) chicken or turkey broth (optional for gravy)
Instructions:
- Pat dry the turkey breast with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the turkey breast, ensuring complete coverage.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the turkey from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to retain juices.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour, then gradually add broth, cooking until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the turkey breast against the grain and serve with optional gravy.
