Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and trim the broccolini, ensuring the ends are cut to allow for even roasting.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccolini, olive oil, sliced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the broccolini mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the broccolini is tender and edges are crisped.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with lemon zest and juice, and add optional toppings. Serve hot.
