Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and trim the broccolini, ensuring the ends are cut to allow for even roasting.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the broccolini, olive oil, sliced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the broccolini mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the broccolini is tender and edges are crisped.
