  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of a kick) (US customary) / 1.25ml red pepper flakes (metric)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This high heat is key for getting that lovely crisp.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the frozen broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Ensure the broccoli is evenly coated.
