Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz Velveeta or processed cheese product, cubed
- 1 packet (30g) taco seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully browned. Drain the excess grease thoroughly.
- Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
- Add the cubed cream cheese, cubed Velveeta, shredded cheddar, taco seasoning, and undrained tomatoes. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Every 30-45 minutes, gently fold the mixture with a spatula until the cheese is completely integrated and the dip is smooth and bubbling.
