Instructions:
- Combine the self rising flour and Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
- Stir with a spatula until a shaggy ball forms and no dry flour streaks remain. Note: Don't overmix or the dough gets tough.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface.
- Gently press the dough down with your palms.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten it into a 10 inch circle, ensuring the thickness is even.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Bake at 450°F (230°C) until the edges are golden brown and the crust feels firm.
