Ingredients:

  • 11 oz shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Frank's RedHot Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a whisk or electric hand mixer.
  3. Incorporate the Frank’s RedHot, ranch dressing, and garlic powder into the cream cheese, whisking until the mixture is a uniform pale orange with no white lumps.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until the protein is fully coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a shallow 1-quart or 9x9-inch baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes until the dip is bubbly and the cheese crust is golden.
