Ingredients:
- 11 oz shredded cooked chicken breast
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup Frank's RedHot Original cayenne pepper sauce
- 0.5 cup ranch dressing
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a whisk or electric hand mixer.
- Incorporate the Frank’s RedHot, ranch dressing, and garlic powder into the cream cheese, whisking until the mixture is a uniform pale orange with no white lumps.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until the protein is fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow 1-quart or 9x9-inch baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes until the dip is bubbly and the cheese crust is golden.
