Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, low-fat sour cream, buffalo hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Use a spatula or hand mixer on low to whip the mixture until smooth and no white lumps remain.
  2. Gently fold the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese base until just combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9 inch baking dish or 1-quart oven-safe skillet.
  4. Top the mixture with the remaining half cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is melted and golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with chips or celery.
