Ingredients:
- 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups shredded chicken breast, cooked
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, low-fat sour cream, buffalo hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Use a spatula or hand mixer on low to whip the mixture until smooth and no white lumps remain.
- Gently fold the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese base until just combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9 inch baking dish or 1-quart oven-safe skillet.
- Top the mixture with the remaining half cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is melted and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with chips or celery.
