Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries, rinsed and sorted
  • 1 large orange, zested and juiced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Zest the orange and then juice it, setting both aside.
  2. In a food processor, add the cranberries, orange zest, and orange juice. If using, add ground cinnamon and ginger.
  3. Pulse the mixture until the cranberries are coarsely chopped. Scrape down the sides as needed and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  4. Stir in granulated sugar and water until combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours meld.
  6. Stir well before serving and enjoy!
