Ingredients:
- 12 oz fresh cranberries, rinsed and sorted
- 1 large orange, zested and juiced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ tsp ground ginger (optional)
Instructions:
- Zest the orange and then juice it, setting both aside.
- In a food processor, add the cranberries, orange zest, and orange juice. If using, add ground cinnamon and ginger.
- Pulse the mixture until the cranberries are coarsely chopped. Scrape down the sides as needed and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Stir in granulated sugar and water until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours meld.
- Stir well before serving and enjoy!
