- 1 can (15 oz / 425g) Mexicorn (drained)
- 1 cup (240g) sour cream
- 1 cup (250g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup (120ml) mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks (like bell peppers, cucumbers)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream and mix well until fully incorporated.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in the drained mexicorn and chopped green onions until just combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy with tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks.
