Ingredients:

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 75 oz Cranberry Juice (100% juice preferred)
  • 5 oz Maple Syrup (Grade A or B)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2–3 oz Chilled Club Soda or Prosecco
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Thin Orange Wheel or Half-Wheel (for garnish)
  • 3-4 Fresh or Frozen Cranberries (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the Glass: Fill your serving glass completely with ice and set aside, or place it in the freezer while you assemble ingredients.
  2. Combine Base Ingredients: In a small mixing cup or directly into the chilled glass, combine the Gin, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Maple Syrup, and Angostura Bitters.
  3. Gently Integrate: Add fresh ice to the glass (discard the chilling ice if you used it). Stir gently for about 10–15 seconds just to incorporate the liquids and chill slightly.
  4. Top and Finish: Top the mixture with chilled Club Soda or Prosecco.
  5. Garnish: Carefully place the orange wheel/half-wheel on the rim or float it on top, then drop in the fresh cranberries. Serve immediately.
