Ingredients:
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 75 oz Cranberry Juice (100% juice preferred)
- 5 oz Maple Syrup (Grade A or B)
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2–3 oz Chilled Club Soda or Prosecco
- Ice Cubes
- 1 Thin Orange Wheel or Half-Wheel (for garnish)
- 3-4 Fresh or Frozen Cranberries (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Chill the Glass: Fill your serving glass completely with ice and set aside, or place it in the freezer while you assemble ingredients.
- Combine Base Ingredients: In a small mixing cup or directly into the chilled glass, combine the Gin, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Maple Syrup, and Angostura Bitters.
- Gently Integrate: Add fresh ice to the glass (discard the chilling ice if you used it). Stir gently for about 10–15 seconds just to incorporate the liquids and chill slightly.
- Top and Finish: Top the mixture with chilled Club Soda or Prosecco.
- Garnish: Carefully place the orange wheel/half-wheel on the rim or float it on top, then drop in the fresh cranberries. Serve immediately.
