Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine softened butter, lemon juice, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Pat salmon fillets dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Clean and lightly oil the grill grates.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down (if using skin-on) or flesh-side down on the preheated grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Transfer grilled salmon to plates. Top each fillet with a generous spoonful of lemon-herb butter and serve immediately.
