Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) ground ginger

Instructions:

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice, and ground ginger into the blender first to create a liquid base.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks and frozen pineapple chunks on top of the liquid base.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up large chunks, then quickly ramp up to high speed and blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is silky and uniform in color.
  4. Check consistency; add an extra splash of almond milk if too thick or 2-3 more frozen mango chunks if too thin. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
