Ingredients:
- 1 cup (170g) high-quality dark chocolate, chopped (70% cocoa recommended)
- 1/2 cup (85g) milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) coconut oil
- 1/4 cup (40g) chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup (40g) dried fruit
- 1 teaspoon (5g) sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Set up a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Pour in dark and milk chocolate; add coconut oil if using. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat; add any desired spices, vanilla extract, or mix-ins. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the chocolate bar molds, tapping gently to remove air bubbles.
- Place the filled molds on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Carefully remove the chocolate bars from the molds. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
