Ingredients:
- 225g (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (57g/2 oz) Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (57g/2 oz) Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 225g (8 oz) Pepper Jelly, any flavour
- Crackers, baguette slices, or crudités for serving
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in the pepper jelly, being careful not to overmix. You want streaks of jelly throughout the cream cheese mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and serve with your favourite crackers, baguette slices, or crudités.
