Ingredients:

  • 225g (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (57g/2 oz) Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (57g/2 oz) Sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 225g (8 oz) Pepper Jelly, any flavour
  • Crackers, baguette slices, or crudités for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the pepper jelly, being careful not to overmix. You want streaks of jelly throughout the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and serve with your favourite crackers, baguette slices, or crudités.
