Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-ounce/170g) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons/30ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons/30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon/15ml fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon/15ml fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon/5ml dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon/2.5ml salt
  • ¼ teaspoon/1.25ml black pepper
  • Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the lemon herb mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices (if desired) and serve immediately.
