Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce/170g) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons/30ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons/30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon/15ml fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon/15ml fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon/5ml dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon/2.5ml salt
- ¼ teaspoon/1.25ml black pepper
- Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spoon the lemon herb mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon slices (if desired) and serve immediately.
