Ingredients:
- 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
- 3 teaspoons (15g) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon (6g) salt
- 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups (360ml) milk, warmed slightly (not hot!)
- 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for brushing
- Everything Bagel Seasoning, for sprinkling (Optional)
- Sesame Seeds, for sprinkling (Optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the warm milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix!
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter (optional).
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (optional).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Immediately brush the warm rolls with more melted butter.
