Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken, tossing to combine.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
