Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken, tossing to combine.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
