Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a sealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken
- Heat the grill to medium-high (around 400°F or 200°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the chicken on the grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes per side. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
- Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
