Ingredients:

  • 750 ml chilled Brut Champagne or dry Prosecco
  • 250 ml Lambrusco or sparkling red wine
  • 500 ml premium club soda
  • 300 ml London Dry Gin
  • 200 ml premium filtered vodka
  • 150 ml bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 100 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 100 ml Lillet Blanc or dry vermouth
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 240 ml water
  • 150 g fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 60 ml pure maple syrup
  • 120 ml freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice
  • 10 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 12 green grapes
  • 1 tsp edible gold luster dust
  • 4 dehydrated orange slices

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the festive simple syrup by simmering 200g sugar and 240ml water with aromatics for 5 minutes; let cool completely.
  2. Chill all glassware (Champagne flutes and coupes) in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to minimize nucleation and preserve carbonation.
  3. For shaken cocktails, combine spirits, citrus, and syrup in a Boston shaker with ice and shake for 12-15 seconds.
  4. For stirred cocktails, combine spirits and fortified wines in a mixing glass with large format ice and stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Double strain the mixture into chilled glasses using Hawthorne and fine mesh strainers to remove ice shards.
  6. Top with chilled sparkling wine or club soda and garnish with pomegranate seeds, rosemary, or edible gold dust.
