Ingredients:
- 1 cup (approx. 150g) Fresh or Frozen Peach Slices, peeled if fresh
- 1/2 cup (approx. 120g) Greek Yogurt (plain, full-fat or non-fat)
- 1/2 cup (approx. 120ml) Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon (approx. 15ml) Honey (or Maple Syrup, Agave)
- 1/4 teaspoon (approx. 1ml) Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 2-3 Ice Cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the fresh peaches (if using). Frozen peaches can go straight in!
- Add all ingredients (peaches, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice) to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. Check for any lumps and blend further if needed.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few more ice cubes or a chunk of frozen peach.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
