Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (approx. 150g) Fresh or Frozen Peach Slices, peeled if fresh
  • 1/2 cup (approx. 120g) Greek Yogurt (plain, full-fat or non-fat)
  • 1/2 cup (approx. 120ml) Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon (approx. 15ml) Honey (or Maple Syrup, Agave)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (approx. 1ml) Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the fresh peaches (if using). Frozen peaches can go straight in!
  2. Add all ingredients (peaches, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice) to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. Check for any lumps and blend further if needed.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few more ice cubes or a chunk of frozen peach.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
