Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) frozen peach slices
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients. Roughly chop frozen peaches if they are in large pieces to make blending easier.
- Place peaches, yogurt, milk, honey, and cinnamon (if using) into the blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
