Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients. Roughly chop frozen peaches if they are in large pieces to make blending easier.
  2. Place peaches, yogurt, milk, honey, and cinnamon (if using) into the blender.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
