Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (180g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup (250g) Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup (170g) Raw Honey

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to act as a sling for easy removal.
  2. Place the peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is fluid and smooth. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and immediately fold in the rolled oats. Stir until every oat is coated and no dry pockets remain.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Use the back of a greased spatula or a flat-bottomed glass to press the mixture down with firm, even pressure to remove air pockets.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the honey to set and the structure to firm up before slicing into 12 bars.
