Ingredients:
- 2 cups (180g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 cup (250g) Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup (170g) Raw Honey
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to act as a sling for easy removal.
- Place the peanut butter and honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is fluid and smooth. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and immediately fold in the rolled oats. Stir until every oat is coated and no dry pockets remain.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Use the back of a greased spatula or a flat-bottomed glass to press the mixture down with firm, even pressure to remove air pockets.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the honey to set and the structure to firm up before slicing into 12 bars.
